Men in Therapy
Societal messages create an environment in which men often struggle to find help. We strive for therapy to be a place for men to seek refuge. We want men to feel comfortable to talk about relationship concerns, work stress, finances, or sexuality concerns without the fear of judgement. In particularly, many men find that working with a male identified providers offers a unique position to create a space that is affirming to male identified clients (both cis-gender and non-cisgender).
